REQUEST FOR QUOTATION INVITATION

​Vietsovpetro JV would like to request a quotation for Couplings for the production tubing of Block 09-1.

1. Requirements:

Goods Details: Please refer to the attached list according to the appendix Couplings for the production tubing of Block 09-1. (the required quantities, specifications, and technical parameters).

• Delivery Location: 15 Le Quang Dinh Street, Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Time of  delivery: 12-14 weeks
• Quotation Requirements: The quotation shall include the unit price and transportation costs.

The quotation shall remain valid for a minimum of 90 days.

2. Submission Deadline and Method:

• Deadline: before July 20^th, 2026
