NOTICE OF INVITATION TO SUBMIT A PRICE QUOTATION
Vietsovpetro, a joint venture between Vietnam and Russia, invites interested companies to submit a price quotation for the procurement of “Well Design Software.”
1. Request for Quotation
The requirements for the software are provided in the attached Technical Requirements document.
The quotation should include the total price, VAT, and any other applicable costs.
2. Deadline and Submission Method
