2.      Source of funding: The source of funding for implementation of the bidding package is Vietsovpetro's financial plan for production activities in 2024.

5.      Time for selling of Bid Documents is: From the date of successfull notification invitation in the National bidding network system (from date 18/11/2024) to 09:00 AM date 06^th  December  2024 (in working time).

6.      Place of Bidding Documents issue: Commercial Department (12^th Floor) of Vietsovpetro Office, No.105 Le Loi St., Vung Tau City (Tel. (84) (254) 3839871- Ext. 2674, daott.dr@vietsov.com.vn).

7.      Price of 01 Bidding document: 500.000,00 VND/set (in word: Five hundred thousand Vietnam Dong). Payment for Biding Documents shall be made by Telegraphic Transfer to the following Vietsovpetro's account:

• Please indicate: “Bidder's name", payment for Biding documents - ITB No. VT-3678/24-XL-DA-TTĐ “Vật tư kết nối hệ thống điện và điều khiển trên MSP3 (Gói thầu số 03)".

8.      Bid Guarantee: 2.010,00 USD or 49.800.000 VNĐ through banks / branches operated legally in Vietnam.
9.      Deadline for Bid submission: 09:00 date 06^th  December, 2024 (Hanoi time).

10.   Bid shall be opened publicly: 09:30 date 06^th  December, 2024.

11.   Place of bid opening: Bid Opening Room, Vietsovpetro, 105 Le Loi, Vung Tau city.
