• Bidding package contents: Mechanical Equipment (In Workshop) - CPP KNT
• Time for implementation of contract: Not later than 90 calendar days from LOA.

2.      Name of project: KNT (Block 09-2/09).

3.      Source of funding: Vietsovpetro's financial plan for production activities for Block 09-2/09.

4.      Form of  bidder selection: International competitive bidding.

5.      Method of  bidder selection: One-phase bidding for One-envelope bidding.

6.      Time for selling of Bid Documents is: From the date of successful notification invitation in the National bidding network system to 09:00, 12^th December 2024.

7.      Place of submitting Proposal: Vietsovpetro Office, No.105 Le Loi St., Vung Tau City.

8.      Contact Person in charge (PIC): Commercial Department of Vietsovpetro Office, No. 105 Le Loi St., Vung Tau City (linhvp.hq@vietsov.com.vn).

9.      Price of 01 Bidding document: 500,000.00 VND/set (in word: Five hundred thousand Vietnam Dong). Payment for Biding Documents shall be made by Telegraphic Transfer to the following Vietsovpetro's account:

• Beneficiary: Vietsovpetro
• Bank account number: 008.100.000001.1 - Vietcombank, Vung Tau Branch.
• Content: [Bidder's name] payment for ITB documents of Bidding package no. […].
  Bidder must purchase electronic bidding documents when submitting Proposals and submit proof documents (receipts/payment orders) in 02 ways:
  + Email scanned copy/electronic copy of proof documents to the PIC at the above address;
  + Submit along with the Bid Proposal.

10. Bid Guarantee: through banks / branches operating legally in Vietnam/ or pay a deposit, with value:
+ Group 1:   1,370.00 USD / 34,000,000 VND
+ Group 2:   440.00 USD /  10,900,000 VND
Total value of bid bond in case Bidder offer all groups: 1,810.00 USD / 44,900,000 VND.

12. Bid shall be opened publicly: 09:30, 12^th December 2024.
