Vietsovpetro has a plan to organize an open international competitive bidding for “Purchasing specialized software for geological, oil and gas exploration and exploitation, Block 09-1 (VT-4204/24-CNTT-MSV)).
The source of funding for the implementation of procurement packages is Vietsovpetro's financial plan for production activities in 2024.
Vietsovpetro hereby would like to invite all capable bidders to participate the Bidding for this package.
- Time for selling of Invitation to Bid: is from 09h00 hour, date 20 month 12 year 2024 to 09h00 hour, date 09 month 01 year 2025 (in working hours).
- Bid closing time 09h00 hour, date 09 month 01 year 2025 (local time). Bidding proposal should be delivered to Administration Dept., Vietsovpetro's Building, No.105 Le Loi St., Vung Tau City not later than Bid closing time.
- Interested bidders can buy Invitation to Bid with non-refundable cost of 500.000 VND /set (in word: Five hundred thousand Vietnam dong/set).
Payment for Invitation to Bid shall be made by Telegraphic Transfer to the following Vietsovpetro's account: 008.1.00.000001.1
