Vietsovpetro would like to inform all Bidders that the Bid Closing Time for tender package “SPARE PART FOR MEMORY TOOLS (Package No. VT-1968/25-ĐVL PKK) will be extended until 09:00 AM of the dated 15th July 2025 (Hanoi time).
- The bidders who had submitted the bid proposal are requested to receive the proposal at Vietsovpetro's office in order to proceed extending of bid proposal in accordance with the new bid closing time:
- Bidding documents shall be valid for 90 days from the dated 15th July 2025.
- Bid bond shall be valid for 120 days from the dated 15th July 2025
- Other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
- Interested bidders can buy Invitation to Bid with non-refundable cost of 500.000 VND /set (in word: Five hundred thousand Vietnam dong/set).
- Payment for Invitation to Bid shall be made by Telegraphic Transfer to the following Vietsovpetro's account: 008.1.00.000001.1

- Bidder's people who comes to Vietsovpetro for getting Invitation to Bid must submit the Original record of payment/cash deposit slip evidencing that the payment for Invitation to Bid have been made by the Bidder to the above mentioned Vietsovpetro's account.
Bid Bond: as per requirements of Chapter II, ITB 18.2
- Bid proposal shall be opened publicly at Vietsovpetro's office, No.105 Le Loi St., Vung Tau City within a haft hour after bid closing time and all bidders are invited to participate in the Bid opening at this time.
