4.      Time for selling of Bid Documents is: From the date of successfull notification invitation in the National bidding network system (from date 01/08/2025) to 09:00 AM date 05^th  Sep, 2025 (in working time).

7.      Price of 01 Bidding document: 500.000,00 VND/set (in word: Five hundred thousand Vietnam Dong). Payment for Biding Documents shall be made by Telegraphic Transfer to the following Vietsovpetro's account:

• Account number: 008.100.000001.1  - Vietcombank, Vung Tau Branch.

• Please indicate: “Bidder's name", payment for Biding documents - ITB No. VT-2391/25-XL-DA  “Pipes, Fittings, Piping Special Items for Process and Utility Systems.".
• Bidder must purchase electronic bidding documents when submitting Proposals and submit proof documents (receipts/payment orders) in 02 ways:
  
  + Email scanned copy/electronic copy of proof documents to the PIC at the above address;
  
  + Submit along with the Bid Proposal.

8.      Bid Guarantee: Not applicable. Bidders have to provide commitment as stipulated in the LETTER OF BID form No 02A in ITB.
9.      Deadline for Bid submission: 09:00 date 05^th  Sep, 2025 (Hanoi time).

10.   Bid shall be opened publicly: 09:30 date 05^th Sep, 2025.

11.   Place of bid opening: Bid Opening Room, Vietsovpetro, 105 Le Loi, Vung Tau Ward, HCM City.
