1.      Source of funding: The source of funding for implementation of the bidding package is Vietsovpetro's financial plan for production activities in 2025.

3.      Method of  bidder selection: One-phase bidding for One-envelope bidding

4.      Time for selling of Bid Documents is: From the date of successfull notification invitation in the National bidding network system (from date 28/11/2025) to 09:00AM date 16/12/2025 (in working time).

5.      Place of Bidding Documents issue: Commercial Department (12th Floor) of Vietsovpetro Office, No.105 Le Loi St., Vung Tau Ward, HCM City (Tel. (84) (254) 3839871- Ext. 2674, daott.dr@vietsov.com.vn).

6.      Price of 01 Bidding document: 500.000,00 VND/set (in word: Five hundred thousand Vietnam Dong). Payment for Biding Documents shall be made by Telegraphic Transfer to the following Vietsovpetro's account:

  • Beneficiary: Vietsovpetro
  • Account number: 008.100.000001.1  - Vietcombank, Vung Tau Branch.
  • Please indicate: “Bidder's name", payment for Biding documents - ITB No. VT-4475/25-XL-TTĐ “Spare parts for the air compressors in 2025".

7.      Bid Guarantee: 1.180,00 USD / 30.800.000 VNĐ through banks / branches operated legally in Vietnam.
8.      Deadline for Bid submission: 09:00 date 16/12/ 2025 (Hanoi time).

9.      Bid shall be opened publicly: 09:30 date 16/12/2025.

10.   Place of bid opening: Bid Opening Room, Vietsovpetro, 105 Le Loi, Ho Chi Minh city.
